Lotus, skull, and ribs?

Here is an interesting tattoo that I finished up recently. I originally did the top lotus with the skull in it a few years back. My customer came in and asked if we could add onto the existing piece. His idea was to incorporate some more skulls and turn the lotus stem into a ribcage. Here is the final outcome of the project, I think it came out pretty cool!
